On March 14, 2022, French artist JR gathered over a hundred people in Lviv, Ukraine, and together they carried a monumental image of 5-year-old Valeriia, who had had to flee from Ukraine to Poland a few days earlier. The image became the cover of TIME magazine a few days later. It has now become an NFT project to raise funds to provide support at various border crossings for fleeing Ukrainians, mainly women and children.
