The sale will take place ONLINE.

The presentation of the photos on the website is equivalent to a prior exhibition.

The lots are visible at the office by appointment ONLY. Condition reports can be sent to you upon request.

Lots with an asterisk (*) are sold by designation.

The sale is made in cash in Euros (€)

The buyers will pay, in addition to the bids, the following fees : 26 % TTC.

In accordance with the law, BLANCHET & ASSOCIES is responsible for the information given in the list, subject to the corrections announced at the time of the presentation of the item and recorded in the sale's minutes.

Items are sold in the order of the list. The highest and last bidder will be the successful bidder.

The electronic auction forms the sale in the same way as an auction in the auction room. The sale is perfect from the moment of the adjudication and the transfer of property is realized from that moment.

From the moment of the auction, the object is under the full responsibility of the buyer.

The buyer will be responsible for insuring his acquisitions, BLANCHET & ASSOCIES declining all responsibility for any damage that the object may incur, and this, as soon as the auction is pronounced.

As soon as the payment is made, the lots can be collected at the office by appointment.

A storage fee of 10€ per lot and per week will be due from January 3rd 2023.
